TCS BPS offers services in areas such as finance and accounting, human resources, supply chain management, customer service, and IT support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TCS BPS has a global presence and serves clients in industries such as banking and financial services, healthcare, retail, telecommunications, and manufacturing. The division employs over 45,000 professionals who work from delivery centers located in countries such as India, the Philippines, Hungary, and China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TCS BPS uses a range of technologies and tools to optimize business processes and improve efficiency. Some of the technologies used include robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and analytics.
