Educational Qualifications
<\/strong>(1) Diploma in Drug Manufacturing (Pharmacy) registered with the Pharmacy Council, and equivalent degree and
(2) Live registration from Chhattisgarh Pharmacy Council.
(3) As per circular no.\/F 20-4\/2014\/A.P.\/1-3 Naya Raipur dated 27.09.2014 of Chhattisgarh Government, General Administration Department only OL, BL, HH will be eligible for disability reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instruction:-<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
1. Certificates related to the caste, date of birth, local resident etc. of the candidate are not being taken along with the online application. All the certificates of the candidates will be verified by the appointing authority before the skill test. The entire responsibility for the wrong information given by the candidate will be of the candidate himself.<\/td><\/tr>
2. Read carefully the recruitment rules issued in the notification before filling the application.<\/td><\/tr>
3. It is mandatory for the candidate to make all the entries in the online application form in English letters. Candidates should upload their self attested photo and signature at the prescribed place.<\/td><\/tr>
4. Candidate should not put Mr.\/Mrs.\/Kum.\/Ms.<\/td><\/tr>
5. Before applying for any post, the candidate should himself test his eligibility and the minimum qualification required for the post applied for. A candidate may be disqualified at any stage of recruitment on the basis of erroneous application, misleading or false information. Mere application will not entitle the candidate to be selected for the post applied for.<\/td><\/tr>
6. Candidates should use laptop\/desktop for more convenience to apply online.<\/td><\/tr>
