Wipro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Job Description<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Role-Team Member-&nbsp;<strong>Pharmacovigilance (PV) \u2013 Case Processor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Required Domain Skill Set-&nbsp;<strong>Triage and Prioritize cases<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Location of Requirement-&nbsp;<strong>Mumbai\/Pune\/Indore\/Chennai<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Responsibilities-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Triage and Prioritize cases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full data entry of all relevant information from the source data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manual coding of all codeable terms (that did not auto-encode), including adverse events, medical history, concomitant medications, and laboratory values<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete narratives for ICSRs based on Client GLPS\u2019s auto-narrative templates and conventions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workflow Monitoring activities which include &#8211; Retrieving daily workflow reports and ensuring users are completing cases nearing the 7\/15-day timelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring compliance by identifying and prioritizing expedited cases upto completion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review impacted cases daily and escalate\/re-route cases to ensure follow up processing is initiated and completed in a timely manner;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and maintain record of data correction requests including impact and actions taken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Location Mumbai<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 &#8211;
