Education :<\/strong>\u00a0M.Pharm \/ B.Pharm
Experience :<\/strong>\u00a001 to 10 years of experience Desired Profile:
Production –<\/strong>\u00a0Having exposure of operation, cleaning, sterilization, qualification & maintenance of solution preparation systems. Manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, Lyophilizers, vial washing & tunnel, Vial\/Ophthalmic \/PFS filling & aseptic filtration, FFS, CIP\/SIP, filters, microsphere refiner, Active freeze drying System. Isolator experience is preferred. Understanding and compliance to clean room behaviour. Aseptic practices and good documentation practices are must.
Packing –\u00a0<\/strong>Having exposure of operation, cleaning, qualifications & maintenance of manual visual inspection. On line integrity testing M\/c, Auto Cartonator, Blister Packing M\/c, sterilization. Track & Trace system.

Sr. Executive\/ Executive- Quality (Injectable)<\/strong>
Education :\u00a0<\/strong>M.Pharm \/ B.Pharm
Experience :<\/strong>\u00a001 to 10 years of experience Desired Profile:
Quality Control –\u00a0<\/strong>Experience in handling QC instruments like HPLC, GC,UV-visible spectrophotometer, dissolution apparatus, KF, IPC-OES,
IR spectrophotometer.
Quality Assurance –<\/strong>\u00a0Experience in IPQA, line clearance, reviewing of BMR & BPR , handling shop floor QMS documents, ensuring shop floor compliances and handling of investigation.
Analytical Method Validation –<\/strong>\u00a0Development and Validation of different analytical procedures (impurities, assay, dissolution, particle size, cleaning validation, identification etc.) for drug products and drug substances. Preparation and review of Analytical Method Development, Validation and Transfer of protocol and reports.
Microbiology –\u00a0<\/strong>Experience in microbiology section, with hands on exposure on cGMP\/ GLP. Handling of microbigical testing, environmental monitoring, water sampling, related SOP’s, protocols, lOCPs BET, product analysis, sterility tests.
